Making a

Corset

I found it very frustrating to find out that a corset was basically invented to "alter" a woman's body to how men prefer it. As if women are moldable objects where it's okay to just obligate them to wear something so they can hardly breathe, get deformed ribs and damaged organs just so they are more pLeAsInG tO ThE eYe.
The cool thing is, however, that we, woman, changed what was invented as a piece of clothing to objectify us, into a symbol of empowerment and independence.
That's cool.

Reflection:

Furthermore, making the prototype was hella fun. I liked working in the fabric station, there is a nice atmosphere and I learned a lot from other people.
